The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at 6:45pm in the lower meeting room at 214 Fort Hunter Road to review and approve/disapprove an application from Alan Lord or New York Land & Lakes asking for a Variance for the frontage on two lots on Shellstone Road.  The two lots are short 7.3' each to make 250' of frontage to satisfy the requirements in the Town's Zoning Ordinance.   Any person's wishing to be heard can attend the Public Hearing at 6:45pm.  Materials are available in the Town Clerk's Office for review as well during buisness hours.
