The Building and Code Enforcement Officer's job is to ensure that all the appropriate codes and zoning requirements are followed in the Town for all new construciton, improvements to existing buildings, pool installations, roofs and any other projects that may require structural changes. The Enforcement Officer also issues all Building Permits and arranges site visits for periodic inspections of all projects large and small.
