The Zoning Enforcement Officer's job is the ensure that all projects in the Town of Florida follow the Zoning Ordinances set forth by the Town Board an the Town Planning Board.  The ZEO also handles calls from residents who are concerned about abandoned properties and unkempt properties in the Town of Florida.  The ZEO works closely with the Buildings/Code Enforcement Officer in the approving of Building Permits, issues Stop Work Orders and also works with the Town's Attorney on any non-compliance issues with the Zoning Ordinance and Town residents.
